Very complex with fruit notes... violet, plum, dark cherry, developing notes of tobacco, chocolate, leather and licorice with ageing in the bottle. Aristocratic and very well balanced wine, with its long and elgant finish. Excellent balance, great complexity and a long lingering aftertaste makes this perfect with any rich italian dish.
