All Cambrico vineyards are cultivated in an organic way, no mineral or synthetic fertilisers are used, the balance in the soil is achieved by plant cover, grazing with sheep during the vine’s winter break and small fertilisers with compost from local livestock farms and the remains of stubble and pomace from fermentations.
Aromas of blackberry, plums, sweet spices and lavender. Smooth tannins, freshness, enveloping, a touch of liquorice and very persistent on the palate.
