Connecting with nature, Bianchi returned to their roots and made this wine that is born from a natural soil. There, in the mountains of the south of Mendoza, lives an animal that they chose as a symbol of their respect for biodiversity and wildlife: the goat.
The nose is defined by fresh and fruity aromas of ripe plums and blackberries. Its tannins are soft and round, with balanced acidity and red fruit notes. The finish is delicate and harmonious.
